Types/Kinds of Interrogative Sentences
प्रश्नवाचक वाक्य प्रयोग के आधार पर दो प्रकार के होते हैं;

Yes-No Type Questions
Yes-No Type Questions का प्रयोग किसी व्यक्ति द्वारा हां अथवा ना में उत्तर पाने के लिए किया जाता है। Yes-No Type Questions को बनाने के लिए Helping Verb का प्रयोग करके बनाते हैं। हिंदी में ये वाक्य ‘क्या’ शब्द से प्रारंभ होते हैं। इन वाक्यों में ‘क्या’ शब्द की अंग्रेजी नहीं लगाते हैं। इसकी जगह helping verb का प्रयोग Subject के अनुसार लगाते हैं।

Wh-words Type Questions वाले वाक्य interrogative words से शुरू होते हैं। हिंदी वाक्य में प्रश्नवाचक शब्द वाक्य के बीच में आता है। उस प्रश्नवाचक शब्द की अंग्रेजी वाक्य के प्रारंभ में रखते हैं।

Rules:
- सबसे पहले वाक्य में आए प्रश्नवाचक शब्द की अंग्रेजी सबसे पहले रखते हैं।
- उसके बाद सब्जेक्ट के अनुसार हेल्पिंग वर्ब रखते हैं।
- हेल्पिंग वर्ब रखने के बाद सब्जेक्ट रखते हैं।
- इसके बाद टेंस की मुख्य क्रिया रखी जाती है।
- यदि वाकई में ऑब्जेक्ट आया है तो मुख्य क्रिया के बाद रखते हैं तथा उसके बाद अन्य शब्द रखे जाते हैं।
